Catholic Education provides children with special needs an education that meets their spiritual, academic (cognitive), emotional, and psychological needs. The schools provide training in life skills and functional academics to help the students reach full potential and become valuable and contributing members in the community. The sensory schools strive to meet the needs of students with visual impairments or who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The Elementary Learning Disabilities Program is designed to meet the needs of students with specific learning disabilities. Two of the Archdiocesan high schools conduct programs for secondary students with learning disabilities.
