Homeowner whose primary residence’s assessment increased by 50%
from last year OR 75% in last 5 years
- Lived in home 10+ years
- Property taxes are current, or have an Owner Occupied Payment Agreement or installment plan
- Meet income limits

LOOP limits your home’s assessment increase to 50-75% and locks in
that assessment for as long as you remain eligible.
You cannot enroll in LOOP and the Homestead Exemption at the same time. Calculate which would get you a bigger discount.
