Allows homeowners who's real estate tax increased by more than 15% from the previous year to defer paying the increased amount until a later date.

Eligibility: 1) Applicants must use the property as their primary residence.

2) All Real Estate Taxes on the property must be up-to-date or under a payment agreement.
