Regional electric utility provider.
Provides specialized customer assistance programs such as:
- Operation HELP: Pays electric bills for eligible customers. Low income PPL customers. OpHELP is administered by CAP.
- OnTrack: A special payment plan that offers reduced monthly payments, protection from shutoffs and debt forgiveness. For residential customers who are struggling to pay their bills. OnTrack is administered by CAP.
- Customer Assistance & Referral Evaluation Service (CARES): A personalized service for customers experiencing bill payment problems due to temporary hardship.
- Rebates and Savings Programs: Offers programs to help customers save energy.

Optional billing programs include:
- Budget billing which allows customers to pay about the same monthly amount all year long
- Automatic Bill Payment Plan offers customers the option of automatic deduction of the bill from a checking or
savings account on their monthly due date.
- Payment Date Extension Plan allows customer to extend the due date of the electric bill to coincide with their monthly pension/social security check.
- Double Notice Protection Plan enables customers to arrange for an individual or social service agency to receive a copy of all overdue or termination notices to alleviate problems.
