As of February 1, 2023, PAHAF has temporarily paused accepting new application. Offers fixed-rate loans focused on making homes safe, secure, code compliant, and energy efficient.
Eligibility: The property to be renovated must be in the state of Pennsylvania, owner-occupied by the applicant as a primary and permanent residence, zoned residential, and meet income eligibility requirements.
