Provides meals to seniors, individuals recently discharged from a hospital, young adults, and their pets. Services include delivery to homes along with a visit from a friendly volunteer. Offer special-needs menus for those with particular dietary needs. Welcomes volunteers and donations.

Eligibility: Seniors and individuals with disabilities who are homebound. Adults aged 18 and older with temporary needs due to surgery. Residents of Luzerne County. Serves spouse or partner caregiver who is caring for the homebound individual.
Hours: Delivers meals for full 5 days - (Meals delivered on Monday for Monday and Tuesday. Meals delivered Wednesday for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.) Must sign up for full 5 days. Cost $6. per day.

Fee Amounts: Fees vary by program. Fee for Service Program is available regardless of age at a cost of $6.00 per meal. Meals are billed on a monthly basis when the recipient receives an invoice for the preceding month's meals.
