Eligibility: Must have a permanent address with ID as proof. To be eligible for baby items, the recipient's child must be under 36 months of age and we require a photo copy of the child's birth certificate.

Intake Requirements: Photo ID with current address. All recipients are required to volunteer time back within the program as a thank you for the items they receive.
