Hours: Quest office hoursMonday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Service hours flexible depending on the needs of the individual and the support needed for getting and maintaining employment. Days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Fee Amounts: Fixed Fees, funding is obtainable through Lebanon County MHIDEI and OVR as well as some insurance companies.
Intake Procedure: Call or walk-in to schedule an intake appointment
Intake Requirements: Birth certificate, state ID or driver's license, social security card
Geographical Area: Berks, Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and Perry County
