Provides rent payment assistance to avoid an eviction. Assistance is only for household who are able to stabilize their housing crisis within 3 months.

Eligibility: Services only for Wayne County residents who are facing the immenent risk of eviction/threat of homelessness.

Intake Procedure: All referrals must come through 2-1-1. Once the referral is received, our agency will reach out if resources are available.
Intake Requirements: Must be a Wayne County resident.
  • Must have an eviction notice from a District Judge/Magistrate.
    • All referrals must come through 2-1-1.
    • Once our Housing staff receives the referral, an assessment will be completed to verify housing barriers, needs and preferences.
    • Intakes for program will be completed when there are vacancies.
