Companion program service is provided to individuals living in private homes for the limited purpose of providing supervision and assistance directed towards the health and safety of an adult with intellectual disabilities/autism.

Fee Amounts: No fees are associated with this service, but individuals must be qualified through a state waiver or the county they reside in.
Intake Procedure: If you are interested in learning more about Companion program, please contact our office for a referral to your county’s MH/DS program. Our staff members are here to help with the application process.
Intake Requirements: Services offered in conjunction with County MH/DS. These services are provided in accordance with the individuals ISP.
