Greenhouse Center Clubhouse - Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)
Provides a voluntary community based program offering comprehensive mental health, addiction assessment, rehabilitation, and support services. The majority of the assertive outreach approach occurs in the consumer's community through a trans-disciplinary team which includes a psychiatrist, registered nurses, mental health professionals, and specialists in the fields of chemical dependency, vocational rehabilitation, housing, and peer support.
