Provides application assistance for utility bill payment assistance programs including LIHEAP and Crisis Utility Bill Grants, UESF Utility Bill and Oil Grants, PGW's Customer Responsibility Program, and PECO's Customer Assistance Program. Also assists with Weatherization Program and energy and budge counseling. Refers clients who may need additional financial assistance to pay utility bills to other agencies and/or community organizations that can assist.
