Services include: medical care, dental care, medical case management, behavioral health counseling, medication assisted treatment and HIV prevention in the forms of PrEP and PEP.
We also offer free and confidential HIV testing, walk-in or by appointment, with results in as little as one minute.

Eligibility:
All individuals living with HIV are eligible to receive on-site
medical care, regardless of insurance. Will provide HIV medical
services to anyone living in Pennsylvania.
Service area for Part B medical case management services: Dauphin, Cumberland, and Perry counties.
Patients at or below 500% of Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for other on-site services including: medical case management, behavioral health counseling, dental services, to name a few.
REACCH also offers navigation services for individuals at risk of contracting HIV who are interested in HIV prevention services, including pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) regardless of insurance status.
