Nurse-Family Partnership
Provides a program for new moms who are pregnant with their first baby. Once enrolled in the program you wil be connected to a registered nurse who will provide the support, advice, and information to have a healthy pregnancy, a healthy baby, and be a great mom. Once the baby arrives, the NFP nurse will work with new moms on breastfeeding, nutrition, child development, safe sleep techniques, and much more.

Eligibility: First time mom that is pregnant 28 weeks or less with their first baby. Must meet certain eligibility requirement.
Hours: Office hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
