Intake Procedure: Fixed Routes: Make vaccine appointment and plan bus route. When boarding the bus let the driver know you are going to a vaccination site. On the route home show the driver the vaccination card. For the second dose, show the driver the vaccination card.

Shared Ride: Make vaccine appointment. Register for Shared Ride program. Call to schedule ride no later than 2pm the day before vaccine. Be ready when it arrives.
