Eligibility: A) Must be registered on the Community Queue
B) Must be a single homeless or near-homeless male age 17 and older
C) Must be able to pay and sustain payment of the monthly rent
D) Must be capable of living independently in a group setting
E) Must not have recent, violent felonies, or any sex crime convictions
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm; Wednesday, 9:00am to 12:00pm; Thursday, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 5:00pm

Fee Amounts: Genesis House has a monthly rent of $450. This rent includes all utilities: water, electricity, cable, trash collection, and sewer. Additionally, there is a $225 security deposit due with the first month's rent at move-in.
