Meets individuals where they are to address their most basic needs. Distributes food, water, clothing, blankets, bedrolls, sleeping bags, access to supplies and basic needs.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Meal distribution: Friday through Monday, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
