Intake Procedure: You can make a reservation for an ADA Complementary Service trip by calling 232-6100 between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. The reservation can be made any time up until 4:00 the day before the day you want to go. Remember that service is only available in the areas buses run, and at the same times and days (see above).
Geographical Area: Cumberland, Dauphin
Helpful Tips: The service is shared-ride in nature. That means that you will likely be riding with others, and that other individuals may be picked up and dropped off before you reach your destination. We try to make sure that the trip takes no longer than one hour, but the trip will take longer than if you were going by yourself, so passengers need to plan accordingly.

Door-to-door service for qualified persons - It means the driver will give you, the passenger, whatever assistance you want and need, up to the door of the location where you are traveling. The driver cannot take a wheelchair up and down steps, nor go in to a building in search of a passenger.

The service area for SET is generally the same as that for CAT's fixed-route service, which includes any location within 3/4 mile of a bus route.

Days and hours of service vary from route to route. Some bus routes do not run on Saturdays and some have more limited hours of service.
Facility/ADA Access: Wheelchair accessible
