Intake Procedure: To participate in this program you must complete an eligibility and registration form. These forms are available from the Shared Ride Program Offices in Harrisburg. There must be written documentation that you are a person with a disability.
You will be notified of your eligibility to participate in the PwD Program. After you receive notification of eligibility, you will be able to make reservations for trips by calling the scheduling offices at the numbers listed.
