Provides utility assistance (heating oil, natural gas, and/or water/sewer bill) for families or individuals in crisis or emergency. There are special programs for qualified UGI customers.

Eligibility: Lebanon County residents experiencing a crisis or emergency.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Lobby is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 1:00pm.

Intake Requirements: Proof of residency, utility bill, name, birthdates, proof of income and expenses.
