Fresh Start Shelter - Fresh Start Emergency Shelter
Day program that provides services for homeless individuals and families, case-management, computer access, phone, laundry and shower facilities.

Provides a year-round Emergency Shelter for families which operates at a local community center.

Eligibility: Families and individuals experiencing homelessness, specific requirements apply. No one with open warrants or charges related to arson, sexual crimes, violent crimes, or Megan's law will be housed in shelter.
Hours: Intakes: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm

Intake Procedure: Telephone, walk-in. Must report in person to Lebanon County Christian Ministries to pick up NCIC form, take NCIC form to police station which checks for open warrants. Individual takes completed form back to Lebanon County Christian Ministries for intake. Intake takes about one hour.

Call crisis intervention at 717-274-3363 if shelter is needed after intake hours.
Intake Requirements: Valid picture ID
Geographical Area: Lebanon County
Facility/ADA Access: Individuals sleep at local community center on beds (as available). Individuals must be able to walk and get up and down independently.
