PECO account's address and phone number; Full name and birthdate of
each household member; Proof of income for past 30 days or past 12
months for each household member or a No-Income Form if applicable;

Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, Philadelphia, and
York County
Helpful Tips:
If your household is identified as a high energy user, must
participate in the Low-Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP).
