Youth Advocate Programs - Allegheny County - Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS)
Provides Behavioral Specialist Consultant, Therapeutic Staff Support, and Mobile Therapy to youth with an Axis I diagnosis. YAPâs rehabilitative process is focused on guiding families to realize practical, achievable options for optimum family living through a solid understand the diagnosis as well as resiliency through empowerment. The service currently works with roughly 120 youth and families.
