intellectual/developmental disabilities, truancy issues, community
service requirements, juvenile justice

Referral from Mercer County Behavioral Health Commission, Referral
from Mercer County Children & Youth Services, Referral from
parents, Referral from schools, Referral from
doctor/psychiatrist/therapist.
Intake Requirements:
May need to have a Medical Assistance card or number, Social
Security card or number.
