Farmers Market Nutrition Program
Provides $20 Vouchers to buy state-grown fruits and vegetables at local farmers' markets. Offers vouchers on a one-time only per summer basis.

Hours: Contact your local senior center for distribution days. Program runs from June 1st to September 30th - first come, first serve.

Intake Procedure: Call, walk in. Those unable to travel to the distribution site can obtain vouchers through a proxy with a signed form and photo ID of the individual (call in advance for the form)
