Intake Requirements: Referrals can be from doctor's office staff, acute care/visiting nurse care, hospital staff, long-term care, pharmacists, and from the public.
Geographical Area: Cumberland, Franklin (Shippensburg)
Helpful Tips: Some examples of things the nurse may do are assist with medicine box preparation, wound care, and blood pressure screenings. Free Public Blood Pressure screenings are located at Branch Creek Place (Senior Center) on the 2nd Thursday of each month.
