Eligibility: Individuals who have a Summit Health bill and the income is a percent of the federal poverty levels. Individuals must also have been denied Medical Assistance coverage and show proof of the denial.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm; Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm; Saturday, 8:00am to 12:00pm

Intake Procedure: Individuals are required to complete an application based on the type of bill that they have received. It can be for either Summit Physician Practice or through either the Waynesboro or Chambersburg Hospital. Applications can be downloaded at www.summithealth.org/patients-visitors/billing-insurance/summit-care-program
Geographical Area: Franklin
Helpful Tips: Discounts shall be extended to services occurring within 60 days prior to effective date. However, payments already paid by patients shall not be refunded as a result of Discount approval.
