Helpful Tips: Adams Electric Co-op Project Helping Hands (PHH) assists Adams Electric Co-op customers who demonstrate a genuine need for assistance. SCCAP can help up to $250.00, but you must pay at least 25% of your due bill to be eligible. This credit is available only one time a year. Salvation Army program: maximum assistance available is a total combination of $200 per year. The year time frame is calculated from the date you received financial assistance.
