Assists individuals who have a serious mental illness by promoting wellness, socialization, independence, community integration, education, and employment. Services include life skills training; career exploration and volunteer opportunities; assistance developing nature supports and community resources; travel training, pyscho-educational groups; evidence-based therapies; psychiatric treatment including medication management; certified peer support specialists, and more.

Eligibility: Adults age 18+ with a mental illness who meet Philadelphia County Office of Behavioral Health eligibility requirements, and qualify for funding from Community Behavioral Health
