Provide case management with financial assistance for qualified low-income families affected by the reduction of available rentals and increased rental costs impacted by the Marcellus drilling in Potter County.

Eligibility: Individuals and families in crisis situations who are in immediate need of housing assistance. Income guidelines do apply. Applicants must NOT own another form of shelter that could be used to safely and reasonably house themselves.
