MST is an evidence-based treatment option for children ages 12 through 17 suffering from specific behavioral health problems. "Evidence-based" means that the treatment follows specific approaches and techniques that have been proven to be effective in multiple trials. MST sessions are evaluated by independent third-parties to ensure that all treatment follows the prescribed plan.
