Eligibility:
18 years old and older, resident of Erie County, diagnosis of a
serious mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder,
significant difficulty independently managing responsibilities at
home, at work, or in the community, recent psychiatric
hospitalization or frequent contacts with Crisis Services.
Hours:
Administrative hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Program hours: By appointment, Monday through Sunday
