Provide emergency rental assistance with either the first month's rent or a security deposit OR the funds to remain in current living situation. Serves as an assessment center for intake into the Western PA continuum of care for housing services.

Eligibility: Warren County residents, at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, who are homeless or near homeless. Near homeless refers to those behind on rent and are facing homelessness. Call for full income requirements.
