Smoking cessation program helps pregnant smokers quit and stay quit at 4 locations in Erie, Union City, and Warren. Prenatal participants who quit smoking receive vouchers for $25 worth of diapers at visits 3 and 4, and 1 $25 voucher per month for 12 months postpartum.
