Provides case-managed assistance to families experiencing challenges as a result of a premature birth or child needing specialized medical attention. Assists with parking costs, food, housing near hospitals, and transportation.

  • Children from birth to age 1
  • Born premature and/or needing specialized medical attention
  • Currently hospitalized
  • Residents of northwestern Pennsylvania
