Downtown Erie Office - Independent Living Program
Helps youth who are in out-of-home placement make the transition to become independent, self-sufficient, and productive adults. ILP is a partnership between the Erie County Office of Children and Youth (OCY), Family Services of NW PA, and Bethesda Lutheran Services. Partnered services include individual counseling, life skills groups, job preparation, assistance in enrolling in higher education, and assistance in obtaining adequate housing.

Eligibility: Youth and young adults between the ages of 14 and 23 who are, or have been, in foster care/residential placement as of their fourteenth birthday.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
