Offers professional counselors that are available to help prepare individuals to become a parent. Supplemental parenting and referrals for additional assistance programs are provided to help parents and baby gain skills. Able to sign up before baby is born for diapers and material assistance to be provided at appointments.

Eligibility: Women who are currently pregnant or may be pregnant. A mother of a child who is under 12 months of age. Works with biological fathers of an unborn child or a child less than 12 months of age. Must be resident of Pennsylvania. No income guidelines.
