Assists with National Fuel payment and alternate heating sources on a case by case basis for eligible households.

Eligibility: Individuals meeting any of the following criteria: Aged 55 or older, Receiving a disability income, Receiving Unemployment Compensation, Recent los of income within 30 days ( must be verified), Experiencing a medical emergency (accompanied by verification from a physician), a Veteran or employed w/ and income between 151%-200% of poverty income guidelines.
