Clearfield Office - Car Seat Program
Provides the proper car seats that are loaned out to individuals who meet the income guidelines. Once, the child no longer can use the car seat then it is to be returned to Central Pennsylvania Community Action, so that if the car seat still meets the safety guidelines it can be given to another child who is in need.
