Eligibility: Homeless or at risk of becoming homeless open for ages 18-26 years old, with either mental health, drug and alcohol recovery, or Intellectual Disability.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Intake Procedure: A coordinator calls and does the reference check on the applicant, multiple phone calls will take place and then a meeting in person twice before being accepted into the program.
Intake Requirements: Fill out the application and send it in and the coordinator will be in contact.
