Crawford County resident; Youth ages 16 – 24 years (under 18 will
need parent consent) facing homelessness or housing instability

Youth may have already identified a host home or the case manager
may help match a youth to someone interested in becoming a host.
Hosts must obtain clearances, complete required trainings, and
provide reference letters.
