Ridgway Facility - Peer Support Services
Peer Specialist services are specialized therapeutic interactions conducted by self-identified current or former consumers of mental health services. The peer specialist is trained and certified to offer support and assistance in helping others in their recovery and community-integration process.

Services can include but are not limited to Goal planning and assistance, Peer to peer counseling, Wellness groups, Personal Wellness Recovery Plan (WRAP), Psychiatric Advanced Directive, Advocacy, Community awareness and integration awareness, Self determination and self discovery.
