Erie Office - Early Intervention
Provides services for children who are developmentally delayed in one or more of the following areas: speech/language, gross/fine motor, cognition, self-help or social-emotional development. The program is responsible for intake, screening and service coordination activities. Each child and family will have access to a service coordinator who is responsible to develop and monitor service delivery of an Individual Family Service Plan for each child. Serves as the single point of entry into the Erie County Early Intervention program.
