Waiver Programs - Intermediate Care Facility for Other Related Conditions
Provides a continuous and ongoing array of health and/or rehabilitation services for consumers with other related conditions including individuals with paraplegia or quadriplegia (due to spinal cord injuries), spina bifida, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, seizure disorder, autism, Tourette's Syndrome, meningitis, encephalitis, hydrocephalus, multiple sclerosis, polio and anoxic brain damage. The program allows consumers to participate in community activities of their choice while maintaining the necessary skills and abilities to function as independently and productively as possible.
