Erie County Veterans Affairs Medical Center - VA Spinal Cord Injury/Disorders Program
Provides assistance and care management to Veterans who have a spinal cord or related injury. The team helps Veterans on an ongoing basis to address their needs while dealing with a spinal cord injury while providing education on VA benefits and services to those Veterans. Referrals are made to the Cleveland VA SCI Center for acute rehab needs, an annual evaluation, and specialty services as needed.
