Early Learning Program - Scranton City Trash Assistance Program
Provides financial assistance for past due Scranton City trash fees to eligible individuals and families. One applicant per household. Outstanding trash fee is paid off/payment arrangement is put in place. Provides up to $336 per household directly to the city. Priority to Single Family residents.

Eligibility: Must reside within the city of Scranton and meet income guidelines. Must not have a balance greater than $700 or an agreement in place to pay the balance of past due city trash fees.
