Eligibility:
1) Do not currently own a home
2) Have a need for stable, affordable housing
3) Have lived or worked in Montgomery or Delaware County for at least one year before applying
4) Are able to afford monthly mortgage payments, including principal, taxes, and insurance
5) Attend an information session
6) Are willing to perform 200 hours of “sweat equity” – construction work on homes and financial literacy classes and working in one of the ReStores or in the office
