Eligibility:
1)People who are currently living in conditions that are not adequate based on size, structural condition, or safety concerns.
2) People who are currently spending more than 50% of their gross income for rent.
3) People who are not be eligible for traditional mortgage programs.
4) Applicants must have a steady income to pay their mortgage. They serve people whose income is between 30% to 60% of the Greater Lycoming County Area's median income.
