Eligibility:
* Individuals must be age 18 to 26 years old.
* Individuals must be residents of Luzerne or Wyoming County.
* Individuals must be referred by Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS. If a potential individual is not specifically active with Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS, then the referral will need to be approved by Luzerne/Wyoming County MH/DS.
