Pottsville - Utility Assistance
Designed to assist low-income individuals pay for needed utility services, pending the availability of program funding.

Administers the following programs:
Ontrack: program is designed to lower a customer's monthly payment while PPL forgives a portion of the back debt upon compliance with the program. Proof of income required. Must not exceed 150% of the poverty guidelines.

Operation Help: For individuals with special hardships in paying their electric bills. Funds are provided by PPL which requires the family be a PPL customer and have an income under the 200% of the poverty guideline.

Electric deposit waiver program: For those under 200% of the poverty guidelines.

UGI CAP and Operation Share: Help with past due gas utility bills. Inco
